We aim to get your Keya Aura device to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@keyaaura.com with your order number. We'll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Keya Aura is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at support@keyaaura.com if you notice an error.
