15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
Be in its original packaging (or reasonably protected)
Not be intentionally damaged or misused

We do not require items to be unused — if the product didn't work for you, that's reason enough.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@keyaaura.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired variant.
